Website information

This website provides general information about Dr Zandile Spengane’s dermatology practice. It does not create a doctor–patient relationship and is not a substitute for an individual medical consultation.

Appointments and fees

Online appointments are arranged through the external DrDerma platform. Its own terms and privacy notice apply. A 30-minute consultation is R1,560 from 1 March 2026. The R560 booking confirmation charge is deducted from the consultation fee when you attend.

At least 24 hours’ cancellation notice is required. Private patients forfeit the booking confirmation charge for late cancellations or non-attendance; charges for medical aid patients are subject to applicable scheme rules.

Educational tools

The skin explorer, UV forecast and ABCDE guide are educational only. They cannot diagnose a condition, assess individual risk or guarantee an outcome.
